Our PO Box Post Room Service allows documents & files to be maintained in real time and compliments one of our Document Management System's (DMS) key benefits.
Customers are provided with an exclusive PO Box mailing address, through which, all or selected documents are sent directly to our Scanning Bureau. These documents are then scanned, indexed and uploaded to our secure WEB Server.
The DMS provides secure, instant distribution to departments via the New Documents module or directly to individual users through the Workflow module, anywhere in the world.
